Shoe Sensation Coming to Greencastle
Greencastle is getting a new shoe store that will be located near to the Peebles Apparel store at Putnam Plaza. Shoe Sensation, a regional chain of family stores selling quality name-brand shoes, joins Peebles, a new apparel store, Sears, Heritage Federal Credit Union, D’s Dry Cleaners and the Tobacco Store.
Nearly all the empty space at the old, abandoned Wal-Mart shopping center is filling up. Tractor Supply (TSC), T & T Nails, The Great China Buffet and Associated Orthodontists of Indiana have anchored the center for some time along with the Teachers Credit Union. O’Reily’s Auto Parts built a store in the front of the center last year.
Shoe Sensation is a regional chain of family shoe stores selling quality name-brand shoes. The stores carry a large selection of men’s, women’s, children’s, and athletic footwear in a better-branded merchandise mix.
According to company officials, the store was developed to meet the footwear needs of the entire family and includes shoes from toddlers to senior citizens.
Each store is staffed with local management in order to customize merchandise to the local market. Shoe Sensation stores are always well staffed with friendly personnel to assist customers in locating styles and sizes.
